It is never too little if I do only
what I can. This is everything.
This is fullness. This is what
it means to exist.

About the method
Existential Analyses
Something in you has been asking a question — perhaps quietly, perhaps persistently. Not "what is wrong with me?" but something deeper: Am I really living? Is this life truly mine?

Existential Analysis is a form of psychotherapy rooted in existential philosophy and decades of clinical practice.
We work with what is difficult and no longer functions — anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss of direction — and we go further, toward the deeper conditions that allow a person to genuinely inhabit their own life.
At the heart of this work is what in existential thought called Zustimmung — inner consent: the felt sense of a genuine yes to the life I am living.

We begin with you — with what your experience is telling you, and with what your life is calling you toward.

This is honest, attentive, and sometimes courageous work.
I welcome you to reach out for an initial conversation.
