about the Approach
My story
I’ve always been drawn to the deeper layers of human experience—how we live, relate, and find meaning. Years of living across cultures have shaped a perspective that values complexity, resilience, and the quiet strength behind personal growth.
I received my degree in clinical psychology in Moscow and completed my psychotherapy training in Vienna.
My mentor and teacher on this path is Alfried Längle, who worked closely for many years with Viktor Frankl, the author of Man’s Search for Meaning.

Alfrieds work has deeply shaped my own path. With warmth, depth, and clarity, he invites us to listen inwardly—to find meaning, inner consent, and the courage to say a true “yes” to life.
I believe that skills and techniques are an essential part of therapy. However, above all, it is a meeting between two human beings. When inner resonance arises between us, a new understanding and direction is born. Such an encounter offers support, acceptance, and the possibility to rebuild one’s relationship with life.

“Sometimes a single conversation can change the course of an entire life—but only if, in it, you encountered not an opinion, but a person.”
